Under Usual circumstances, we do not provide a refund or replacement for orders already in transit or delivered.
Once a request for refund is raised eiher by customer for any reason, we will investigate the same and upon approval, process all refunds within 7-10 working days and deposit into the customer’s account.
Orders once placed on our website cannot be cancelled.
